The Asia Pacific Personal Trading Group is a regional function within Asia Pacific Regional Compliance. This group monitors employee personal trading to safeguard J.P. Morgan Chase Co. and to prevent employees from trading on, or the appearance of trading on, material non-public information.
Position Title
Technical Writer - Personal Trading Group (6 month contract)
Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to apply expertise to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and conduct research necessary to produce accurate, comprehensive documents. When preparing the documents, the candidate must understand the audience, the purpose, and the subject. The successful applicant will work closely with the SMEs from Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia to prepare and update Business Requirement Documents (BRD), procedure manual, and policies for Personal Account Dealing (PAD) and Disclosure of Interest (DOI).
Position Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism or Communication
· 3+ years solid technical writing experience within the financial services industry
· Knowledge of Compliance/Control functions highly preferred
· Immediately available is highly preferred
