Description

Utilized as the day-to-day lead to an operational team. Escalates departmental problems and participates and/or leads operational projects.

INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Present or exchange information. Participate in group meetings to exchange idea, provide status updates, data, etc.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Write basic reports or correspondence, where examples of both format and content exist and require little modification. If directed may involve documenting technical results/procedures.

CLIENT CONTACTS: Demonstrates respect and professionalism and promptly, efficiently and courteously meets day-to-day needs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY: Guides the successful completion of moderate projects and may function in a project leadership role.

LEADERSHIP: Takes a lead role in a work group, team, or project. Mentors/trains others.

PROBLEM SOLVING: Applies knowledge to help solve moderately complex problems requiring independent thinking with direction.

IMPACT: Decisions moderately influence project completion and/or client relationships.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge in a professional field, able to work independently and provide guidance as needed.

EDUCATION: Technical/Trade/Business School Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two-four years.
