Current Need
Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, writing and editing operational, software, maintenance, test procedures and/ or manuals. Research, develop, and document technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts.
Acquire and organize source material, including applicable specifications and technical write-ups. Experience working with product managers, developers, QA engineers, security team and other staff to understand and document existing and new product build methodologies and enhancements.
Research and make recommendations for tools and technology associated with creating technical and reference documentation (e.g., APIs, workflows).
Attends meetings to obtain and gather current information on project objectives, schedules, and process re-engineering efforts. Develops and maintains an on-line knowledge base for the VIE Engineering team. Emphasis on building workflows and systems for organizing, classifying, storing, and retrieving knowledge information.
Develop technical training course materials for new hires and existing Engineering staff using generally accepted instructional design principles.
Representative responsibilities include curriculum planning, scheduling presenters, preparing classroom and equipment, delivering presentations on selected topics, testing, coaching, and management reporting.
Technical courses and material deals with complex situations including application development or software build practices. Courseware to be developed in a variety of media supporting physical and virtual classroom environments, such as synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, webinars, and virtual student coaching.

Specialized Business/Technical Experience
Solid understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) based application and development methodologies
Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) development methodologies
Familiarity of HTML/XML and .NET syntax and concepts
Minimum Requirements

3+ years technical training, technical writing, product support, and/or consulting experience
Adjust priorities in a dynamic environment with short release cycles
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
