The successful candidate will be responsible for the monitoring and quick troubleshooting of the equipment within the production area; also, you will be required to maintain a clean and professional Data Center environment. Client communication is required to build and upgrade custom-ordered servers, and you will ensure that all communication is maintained to a high standard.
You will have basic knowledge of PC and server hardware (including building and repairing), as well as administrating Windows/UNIX operating systems. You will also have strong communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and preferably come from a customer service oriented position. As the role provides 24x7 operations support, you must be flexible in terms of work schedule as you may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is a must, and a university degree/Windows/UNIX/Networking technical certification is desirable.
