We are currently seeking an Oracle Techno/Function Lead for the Grafton, WI location. This opportunity is for a highly motivated, strategic minded technical analyst having experience in Oracle 11.5.10. This individual will be responsible for all development, conversions, and development support related to Order to Cash and Logistics track during the release schedule. This individual must possess Oracle Database 10G, SQL, and PL/SQL experience. They should have a good understanding on end to end flow related to Order to Cash and Logistics track. This person should be willing to travel as and when needed. This role provides in-depth technical solution to Business Unit and IT management and ensures development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years overall experience in functional and technical roles
- 2-3 years of Oracle OM/Shipping/Planning/Advance Pricing related technical experience
- Acts as analyst and champion for Oracle ERP and related corporate systems architecture including applications, data, and table structures.
- Must have good understanding of Supply Chain background with a very good understanding of the Order-To-Cash cycle.
- Must have very strong knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i eBusiness Suite 11.5.10+
- Must be very well conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)
- Prior working knowledge SQL. Blend of 20% functional and 80% technical skills is preferred.
- Experience focused in Oracle OM Distribution modules (OM, Shipping, Pricing, TCA, Demantra, ASCP, WMS.)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, team management and oral/written communication skills
- Middleware tools exposure such as Crossworlds, Web Methods, Informatica

Desired Qualifications:

- Oracle XML Gateway and Oracle Workflow 2.5 or higher experience a plus
- Proven experience working with onsite teams.
- Proven experience managing offshore teams.
- Middleware tools exposure to Web Methods will be given preference.
