Reporting into the Head of Networks with dotted line to the Infrastructure Shared Services Group Head, you will lead a team to review the current workplace technology landscape whilst developing strategies and plans to enable workplace collaboration, leading to increased productivity and innovation. You will also leverage on advances in technologies like virtualization, mobile computing, unified communications, and social media

To be considered, you should be an innovative, creative and visionary individual with a keen understanding and interest in cutting edge technologies. You should have a proven ability to combine technologies in novel ways, particularly mobile devices, mobile applications, desktop virtualization and desktop transformation technology.

You need to have the commercial astuteness and technical experience to build and shape solutions for the enterprise. You must have strong influencing and analytical ability to obtain management buy in, and the leadership qualities to drive change within an enterprise. You should also be working across departments to understand the impact of designs and technology choices.

You will have experience shaping and/or supporting the delivery of infrastructure solutions from initial assessment and qualification through to effective delivery. You will have desktop architecture, management and support experience and be competent with Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office productivity suite of tools, mobile computing and end-point protection as well as being conversant with unified messaging  collaboration, mobile device management, wireless technology and networking.
