Technology Support Associate
My client is a leading fund manager looking for a motivated, passionate candidate with a hunger to learn whilst being proactive. The candidate must be looking for a medium to long term career in a company full of fantastic opportunities and an accessible management team.
Candidates should have the following key skills:
• Windows 7
• Office 2010
• Lync 2013
• Sharepoint 2010
• Outlook / Exchange
• iPads and technology trends such as BYOD
An understanding and experience of Prince 2 would also be helpful, but not essential. The candidate should have previous experience working in an environment that has implemented and uses Knowledge Management principles as a key Service Management discipline. Therefore, being Knowledge Management certified would be respected.
This great company would also like somebody who is able to thrive under pressure with a strong working knowledge and practical experience of operating within an ITIL Service Management Framework.
