A superb opportunity has arisen for a Tele Business / Telemarketing Executive to join our client, a leading provider of logistics, waste management, security and operative supply products to the construction industry.

As a Tele Business / Telemarketing Executive, you will be a crucial link in the sales process, responsible for identifying new opportunities in order to set appointments for the external sales team. This will involve investigating regional opportunities, organisational structure, identifying key contacts and contacting these contacts at levels.

Using your superb communication skills, you will promote the business and brand image at all times, speaking positively and enthusiastically about the company, its products and services. Using your first class organiasational and business intelligence skills, you will gather and assimilate information to help identify new opportunities throughout the UK.

Additionally, you will develop a clear picture of each organisations structure, develop a comprehensive directory of key contacts and present this information to the Sales Marketing Director.

Your duties will include:

- Following up marketing campaigns and events to generate new leads
- Interacting with decision makers at senior level to identify new and emerging opportunities
- Building effective relationships with potential customers and existing clients
- Supporting the customer service strategy by providing great service to all clients and meeting expectations
- Maintaining and updating records in the CRM system and carrying out data cleansing for marketing purposes

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Telemarketing and/or tele business experience
- A proven track record of generating leads and appointment setting
- Good IT literacy skills, in particular MS Word, Excel, email and CRM software
- A B2B sales background

As a Tele Business / Telemarketing Executive, you must have a flexible, positive approach. A good, clear telephone manner and listening skills are also important. Your communication and time management skills will be second-to-none and you will have fantastic customer focus.

Experience of using CRM systems would be desirable, but this is by no means essential as training will be given.
