My client is a large Travel organisation with year on year growth. Due to the rapid expansion there are multiple positions within the sales team and a great career progression for the right person
We are looking for Telesales Agents with previous B2B telesales experience.
- Excellent Verbal Skills - a superb telephone manner, well spoken, well pronounced and articulate.
- Sales Ability - persuasiveness, ability to negotiate, convince and influence, ability to build rapport over the telephone quickly and effectively, spot and maximise sales opportunities, confidence to close sales opportunities.
- Strength of Character - happy disposition, resilient with a can do attitude, outgoing, confident, charismatic and have the desire to stretch themselves in a competitive sales environment.
- Common sense and the ability to think on their feet.
- Self Critical - always seeking ways to improve performance with the ability to take direction and feedback.
- Ability to excel in a pressurised, highly targeted and fast paced sales environment.
- Good computer literacy.
- Professional manner with a professional appearance at all times.
Desirable Criteria:
- A proven track record of experience within a targeted and fast paced sales environment
- Previous B2B sales experience
