Telecare Operator

The aim of this role is to deliver an efficient and effective calls handling service.

The main duties of the role are :
- Receive and answer calls from residents, contractors, staff on developments and other internal and external bodies.
- Assess and identify the nature and reason for the call.
- initiate appropriate action eg contacting emergency or medical services.
- liaise with housing associations and local authorities
- ensure records are kept up to date

For this role you must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to handle calls in a calm, steady and sympathetic manor. You will be able to work on your own and use your own initiative.

You must have call handling or equivalent customer service experience for this role.

This position operates on a shift basis including, early, late and night shifts.
