Telecoms Specialist/Technologist recruitment
My financial client is currently recruiting for a Nice Voice Recording Engineer who can develop voice solutions to meet current and future operational needs. With particular focus on architecture strategies and design solutions within voice recording.
• The ideal candidate would have extensive experience around Telecommunications specifically NICE voice recording, preferably from a financial institution.
• Be able to design and specialise within the Architectural elements within voice recording, providing when necessary 3rd line support.
• Developing enterprise wide voice solutions in line with CATE standards.
• Providing technical expertise through all phases of the project lifecycle and where appropriate encouraging the adoption of new technologies.
• Ideally you will be CCVP and Avaya certified and be familiar with platforms such as CyberTech, Cisco ICM, Avaya Voice Portal, Aspect Dialer
