Telefundraising Team Supervisor
A local charity on the outskirts Reading is looking to recruit a Telefundraising Team Supervisor to work on a full time permanent basis. The role will be managing the Telefundraising team on a daily basis.
My client is looking for an experienced candidate with Customer Service who has previous management experience. Your responsibilities in this role would include:
• Recruit, train and develop new members of the team as required
• Monitoring and Maintaining KPIs
• Monitoring performance and quality of calls
• Answering enquiries and questions
• Conduct telefundraising calls to supporters when necessary.
• Troubleshooting problems and providing information for customers.
To be considered for this role you should have proven experience in a Customer Service Management role and be confident talking to customers on the phone when necessary. You should be articulate, confident, well spoken and have a passion to deliver outstanding service.
The Customer service team operates a shift pattern. You would be required to work different hours on alternate weeks, Monday to Friday. One week working 9am – 5pm and then the next week working 12pm – 8pm. This is to make sure that the team is continually supported. The team based within the charity is vibrant, fun and hardworking.
My client wants to interview ASAP and get candidates on board as soon as possible. The role is a full time permanent job with a salary ranging between £26,537 - £28,100 per annum DOE. There is parking on site or good public transport links.
