Telemarketing Executive

Length: 6month rolling contract.
Hours: 9-5 (1hour lunch)
Starting: ASAP (08/07/13)

Opportunity to join the leading company in the provision of credit management solutions, a specialised field but one that is critical for the well-being of UK businesses. They secures trade by providing cover against bad debt should a customer become insolvent or default on payment. Their other services include credit opinions and UK and international commercial debt collections.

The company has been in business since 1918 and is part of the global leader in credit insurance with presence in over 50 countries and 57,000 clients worldwide. It is part one of the worlds biggest insurance/banking companies.

The role is to create, maintain and develop a pool of prospects in order to secure qualified meetings for the Direct Sales Force resulting in achievement of targeted appointment levels and revenue.

Duties
· Call prospects using the dialler system and CRM Database to establish levels of interest in CI
· Develop, feed and maintain a pipeline of “hot” callbacks
· Maintain database with a record of key conversations
· Follow up key conversations to develop the customers interest
· Make qualified appointments for Commercial Business Consultants to visit
· To ensure all appointment details are accurately captured and conveyed to the relevant people

Experience
· Educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English or equivalent
· Positive attitude together with a desire to succeed
· Minimum twelve months telemarketing/telesales negotiation experience.
· Minimum twelve months experience in an outbound Business to Business role
