Telephone Advisor
Our client, one of the largest financial companies in Europe, is currently recruiting for Telephone Advisors on a full time basis to work in their offices based in Glasgow.
The key responsibilities of the Telephone Advisor will be to take inbound calls from existing customers in relation to queries regarding their mortgage application as well as using excel to import data and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous contact centre and will be comfortable working within a contact centre environment. You must be a team player, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A strong ability to interact with a range of internal departments is essential.
As this role is working for a financial organisation you will need to pass a credit check.
