Telephone Agent

An international market leader in retail banking is looking to expand their busy team in Stockton-On-Tees. Due to significant growth they are currently looking to fill multiple positions. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm. 

In this job you will act as a representative of the company processing requests, helping with enquiries and advising customers to make informed decisions. Working within the complaints team you will be making outbound calls to customers, following up customer service enquires. You will be responsible for taking appropriate action for customers and resolving issues where possible.

We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service, with a minimum of one year solid experience in a customer-focussed role.  Additionally competency in a telephony-based role would be considered a desirable attribute.
