An excellent opportunity has come available with a well established Banking Organisation, for 7 Telephone Business Banking Advisors.
Your role will be take incoming calls from Business Banking Customers, your aim will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist with general queries and concerns. Working closely with Business Managers who based in branch in share information with and pass on sales leads.
You MUST have experience of speaking to customers over the telephone and assisting with general queries and concerns.
