Telephone Debt Collector
Our client, a growing domestic and commercial debt collection company based in Malton is looking to expand their team of telephone collection agents.
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to debtors and arranging payment of arrears owed to the client.
You will be negotiating payment plans/terms and advising of the consequences on non payment of debts.
That is why we are looking for someone who has excellent communication and negotiation skills. Someone who has a good telephone manner and who can remain calm in difficult situations.
Hours of work are shifts between 8am - 8pm.
