£20,000-£25,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits
Our client is the UK’s leading mortgage lender who prides themselves on offering helpful and sustainable retail banking by putting their customers’ needs first. Multiple opportunities have arisen for CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser’s to join the team in their busy contact centre in Sheffield. The contact centre is in a prime location and just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station.
You will have excellent communications skills with a natural ability to build instant rapport with customers, as you will be making and answering calls from a wide range from people. This role commands the ability to identify exactly what the customer needs through conducting a thorough fact find and understanding their individual circumstances. We all know that the mortgage application process can be daunting and complex at times, but this is where you will be able to simplify this for the customer by helping them to understand their options.
The client is looking for someone who enjoys developing long-lasting business relationships and likes to make a difference to customers’ lives. You must be proactive in following up leads and referrals to ensure that you are meeting and exceeding personal and group targets. As this is a regulated role, you must be fully CeMap qualified (Papers 1-3) and have experience of selling mortgages and insurance products within a banking/financial services environment.
As this role is based in a contact centre, you will be committed and flexible to working on a rotational shift pattern.
