A large organisation, who is one of the UK's leading establishment in it's market is looking for a Telephone Negotiator to join its ever growing and developing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls from customers discussing suitable options.
* Making outbound calls to existing customers.
* Contacting defaulting accounts via the telephone and via letter.
* Working to agreed targets both individual and team targets.
* Record key information on to the system in a promptly and timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Self motivated with a positive attitude.
* The ability to work to targets.
* Able to work on their own initiative and as a team.
* Previous customer service experience is desired.
* Excellent IT skills.
My client offers an excellent benefit package, this includes; a child care voucher scheme, career progression and a generous holiday entitlement. This role does include a monthly bonus which is uncapped.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach. The opening hours are:
Monday - Thursday 8am -8pm
Friday - 8am - 5pm
Saturday - 9am - 2pm.
Candidates are required to work one late a week, one early a week and one saturday each month.
