Hays Healthcare are currently recruiting Telephone Triage Nurse Advisors in London to supply clinical advice for the palliative care related calls coming in to the 999 service. We are looking for experienced end of life care nurses interested in working in Waterloo through Hays for the London Ambulance Service at their 999 Clinical Hub.
Working as a nurse telephone advisor, you will decide the right course of action for a patient calling the line, evaluating their environment at home and arranging/advising families on organisations to step in if necessary.
Full time training will be provided in this role, you must hold a valid NMC pin card and be a registered nurse. Previous telephone triage and assessment experience is desirable.
We immediately need experienced nurses to work 37.5 hours per week, for 12 hours shifts which include evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
