Telephony Customer Service Adviser- Southampton

It will be great if you have call centre experience or have worked in a customer service environment before as this will be a key requirement for successful applicants.

Can you engage with customers and talk to them like the individuals that they are whilst offering simple, straightforward help and advice? If so, this could be the job for you.

For our people, this also means the chance to develop their skills and take their career in many different directions. You will work to individual and team based targets for service standards. You will also adhere at all times to internal and external regulatory, operational and credit control systems and procedures. You will deal with and process all business customer transactions and enquiries accurately and timely within agreed standards. You will identify customer complaints and take ownership where you can, keeping abreast of bank procedures and processes and adhering to all operational procedures at all times.

A 35 hour full time week with shift patterns of between 7am 10pm Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm Sat 10am to 6pm Sundays. You will work either a Sat or Sun each week but will never work both.

You will undertake an extensive induction training programme and we require all attendees to attend all of the workshops over the 5 week period.
