Telephony Engineer – Voice – CCNA / CCVP – Banking – €45k recruitment

My client has a requirement for a Telephony engineer to join their Voice support team and act as the main point of contact for voice services within Ireland

Core competencies required 

• Excellent experience as a Telephony engineer with excellent voice experience preferably within finance
• CCNA, CUCM administration and NICE Perform Voice experience essential
• AVAYA CM administration experience and CCNA Voice or CCVP qualifications preferred but not essential
• ITIL V3 foundation

The Telephony engineer will be filling a critical role within the bank’s Voice Support function, and will be providing voice support across the bank’s Ireland business divisions.

The Telephony engineer must be CCNA qualified and have experience with CUCM administration and NICE Perform Voice administration

Any candidates with AVAYA CM experience or CCNA Voice / CCVP qualifications will be at an advantage

This role carries a salary between €35 - 45 and an excellent package that you would expect from one of the leading lights in banking within Ireland
