HRIS Manager recruitment

Based in Hong Kong, our client has created a new role that will help to enhance its HR functionality.

Reporting to the HR Director and working with key stakeholders and the IT team, you will create and implement the HR data reporting system in order to provide HR reports to identify trends, issues and areas of concern for the company. You will also drive reporting and analysis to ensure consistency and standardization in HR practices globally. In addition, you will also be involved in ad hoc HR-related projects. 

Success will require a candidate who has strong understanding and proven experience of reporting for HR as well as excellent project management skills. Ideally you will have worked as a systems implementation project manager in the past. You ideally have also worked in an HR environment, preferably as a generalist, which will give you the foundation to work on other ad hoc HR-related projects. You must have proven success influencing and presenting information at all levels. In addition to this we are also looking for:

• Strong technical background

• High level of IT proficiency with systematic approach

• Excellent communication skills with strong English

• CIPD qualified highly preferred
