Telephony Field Customer Service Representative

All Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance!! Responsibilities: Assign telephony change and task requests Responsible for meeting with customer and resolving Telephony requests Work with the customer and determine what needs to be completed Knowledge of all aspects of the Remedy, Highwire and Blue Printer software Ability to write requests in timely matter so technician can complete work order before SLA date. Update and maintain inventory of assets and circuitry. Create and provided RAIM asset tracking forms, trained to maintain the Remedy databases. Other qualifications: Must have customer service skills Must have understand Telephony technology Experience working with computer systems, network systems and networking principles, data or voice Experience working with network software and hardware
