Multiple Outbound Sales Advisor Job.
Multiple Outbound Sales Advisor Jobs available in Portsmouth to start April 2013. You will be working as an outbound sales advisor for a leading telephony and internet service provide in the UK. You will be contacting potential and ex-customers to discuss a new range of services in order to win back customers and up-sell additional services. The right candidate will be able to undertake outbound sales calls whilst delivering first class customer service. You will be able to instantly build rapport and relationships to subsequently follow structures sales techniques to lead the customer through the buying process to a successful and compliant sale.
By making outbound sales calls to customers you will promote and cross-sell a wide variety of products and services to best suit the customer needs, in order to increase customer retention, loyalty and to build the client reputation. You will be set daily targets, and be offeredn 121 coaching and training to ensure your success.
This is a full time job, offering a 37.5 hour week. You will be working on a rota basis between Monday to Saturday. Monday to Friday between the hours of 11am to 9pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm. My client offers a bonus scheme, pension scheme and local available discounts.
