Telesales Team Leader Designate ASAP Job in Dublin Ireland
An opportunity has arisen due to sustained growth in a successful indigenous retail services company for a telesales team leader designate.
The role initially involves demonstrating a proven telesales ability through successful sales performance which forms part of learning the business. After an initial period of six months when the person has proven their ability and gained the respect and confidence of the team they will take on managerial duties in the management and growth of the business.
The successful candidate will have at least five years telesales experience with a demonstrable track record in successful sales. This role requires an ability to deal with both cold calling and inbound enquiries. Strong administration and management skills are required.
Detailed training will be provided in the products and services.
