Temporary Management Accountant - Retail / Restaurant Sector - Central London
My Client a leading Artisan Bakery with over 12 sites across London are currently looking for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to work across 2 of their sites initially on a temporary basis (with the view to go permanent).
The ideal candidate will be currently studying either CIMA or ACCA, have good attention to detail and carry out a high level of accuracy in all aspects of their work. It is also desirable that candidates have experience within stock taking however this is not essential.
As the Management Accountant your role will be split between one of their Offices in the City of London and another site located in North London. Therefore it is essential that you are able to access and travel to both locations.
The role will involve however is not limited to the following:
-Stock work; stock taking and reconciliations
- Costing; analysis, margin analysis and price points
-Month end reports
- Purchase ledger processing
-Assisting Monthly management accounts
-Reconciliation up to trial balance including:
-Sales ledger
-Fixed assets
-Bank account reconciliation's
-Net Wages
-Monitoring of cash flow and cash flow forecasting
-Preparing and processing payment runs
-Calculation of stock valuations
-Processing journals including:
-Accruals
-Prepayments
-Depreciation
