Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
I am looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant for an Advertising Company based in the West End of London in an excellent location. They are looking for someone who is personable and enthusiastic to join their finance team. The position will be on an ongoing temporary basis to assist with a backlog of work.
The main duties of this role include:
- Maintaining the purchase ledger
- Processing expenses
- Logging, processing and paying large volumes of invoices
- Suppliers statement reconciliations
- Weekly payment runs
- Raising invoices
- Processing staff payments
The ideal candidate will be immediately available, have relevant experience of working within the Accounts Payable function of an SME company and will ideally have had exposure to managing parts of the finance team.
