Temporary Assistant Constituent Systems Analyst Job in Reston 20190, Virginia US
National Wildlife Federation is seeking a Temporary Assistant Constituent Systems Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for internal Constituent Systems team processes, data maintenance, and support tasks This is a 6 month opportunity with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly execution and monitoring of interfaces between Raiser’s Edge (RE) and integrated system (Convio, CWH Online, MoneyMaker).
- Reviews reports and resolves errors in operational databases, running data maintenance professes in RE and Convio.
- Performs system related Constituent Systems team and general NWF user support tasks including but not limited to: facilitating constituent communication requests, querying, importing/exporting data, global data changes, merging and cleaning duplicate records, and resolving data discrepancies between databases.
- Data entry into RE, Convio, and other databases as required.
- RE and Convio user administration
Education/Experience:
- College degree or minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Formal systems education or minimum of 1 year of experience with IT systems.
· 2 years office experience with at least 1 year experience entering data into a database system.
Qualifications:
· Some knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with Microsoft Access and text editors (e.g. Notepad, Excel for CSV format, etc.) is preferred
· Very good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
· Must possess solid analytical and reasoning skills with a willingness to learn.
· Must possess or be able to gain skill in applying login (e.g., AND, OR, NOT, and other logical and mathematical operators) in writing queries to identify or pull specific data from a database.
This is a 40 hour per week 6 month temporary position (with the potential to extend)
