This fine dining Asian restaurant based in central London is looking for a temporary/casual team of chef de partie and demi chef de partie level chefs.
The restaurant is a brand new concept and uses very modern ideas to ensure the customers are served in a unique and pioneering way. The restaurant has around 60 covers for lunch and 200+ for dinner and the food is a mix of Southeast Asian cuisine. This would be an ideal place for a Chef who has previous experience in a mixed Asian restaurant or somebody who has touched on it and wants to gain more experience in this environment.
This role will offer good working hours and a good rate of pay for temporary staff.
