POSITION SUMMARY:   This position will assist with a variety of human resource support duties.  This position will carry out responsibilities specifically in the following functional areas: training and development, executive administration, and employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

 

Assist with recruiting and staffing logistics.

 

Maintain schedule for various Training and Development initiatives.  Schedule meetings as needed.

 

Apply finalized Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs) to standard format.

 

Track local Employee JIB training and audit process.

 

Work with Operations and Quality Departments on Documentation Control methods for JIBs. 

 

Assist with special projects as needed.

SKILLS and knowledge:      The position will require strong administrative, organizational, and problem solving skills.  The individual must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

 

Education, Experience, training, AND CERTIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent.

Additional related training preferred.
