Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for the comprehensive full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and exempt positions within the Nursing and Patient Care Services department. Develops a clear understanding of the technical and professional requirements of a given position and adheres to bargaining unit agreement guidelines where applicable. Coordinate a creative and cost effective recruitment strategy; collaborate with hiring managers, interview and assess applicants, check references, initiate employment offers, and ensure a coordinated entry for the new hire. The recruiter is expected to manage 40-50 open positions independently at any given time. Workload may periodically increase due to seasonal or project orientated hiring efforts.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years in a recruiting role.
Experience in healthcare or related field, and bargaining unit experience preferred.
This role requires superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; skilled in creative sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
Must exercise excellent critical thinking and judgment to function independently and resolve the most complex and difficult scenarios with minimal assistance.
Requires knowledge of general human resources concepts such as benefits, organizational development and compensation.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 40 hours

This is a temporary position through the end of February with the possibility that it may become a permanent position.
