Person Specification
Reporting into the Account Director as well as the client key stakeholder whilst being based on client site, Temporary Recruitment Team Manager will provide the client with a specialist recruitment solution based on their bespoke service offering as per their client contract. You will oversee a small team and manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle around vacancy management through to on boarding.

Accountable for the recruitment process and delivery of all Temporary and Contract hires, sourced directly or via the recruitment supply chain. To assist and support other team members with high volumes, complex hires and various projects. Supporting the team to process all contractor extensions and managed all temporary labour queries.

The ability to maintain current Service level Agreements (SLA's) whilst proactively seeking to continually improve these through quality and speed of service.

Role Specification
Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for client and first escalation point for any daily operational issues
*Proactively engaging with the client to understand recruitment needs and drivers to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved
*Ensuring the onsite team is meeting internal and RSR client KPI's and SLA's
*Managing reporting on the team's performance through monthly MI
*Management of team performance, appraisals, development, reward and succession planning
*Actively sourcing and sharing recruitment business knowledge across the onsite team
*Providing specialist advice guidance to client on recruitment policies procedures and best practice Advising on use of appropriate selection tools
*Managing and defining interactive media Internet advertising campaigns from inception to delivery Actively managing the clients' PSL: Maintaining and building relationships with third party recruitment agencies, negotiating reduced and standard terms and conditions in the client's favour
*Proactively working with non-compliant line managers to ensure the SLA are met
*Following up on recruitment requests coming into the Onsite team by assessing job descriptions consult/advise the client on the market conditions, best methods of attracting candidates
*Managing ad-hoc project based work and reporting to benefit the smooth running of the client account
*Proactively engaging with the internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers and to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved
*Management of stats and MI data for the client and RSR business overall
