Our newly created Tender Management team assists in the acquisition of Transaction Banking business via the preparation of tenders/requests for proposal and expressions of interest. As a group we are striving to set ourselves apart from our competitors by creating be-spoke offerings for each client tender.
Working closely with the Sales and Products teams to tailor creative, truly client focussed solutions, you will be encouraged to forget industry norms and demonstrate your innovative flair for tender management.
This is a fast paced, results driven, ever changing environment, so it is essential that you are able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in proposal management from planning through to delivery
- True passion for winning the tender – this is not a 'fill in the blanks' approach role
- Key stakeholder management
