You will be a down-to-earth kind of person who loves to make friends and treats everyone as a potential client. This is because they may be! You will be targeting all levels within a business, from blue collar to CEO. You will be chatting to everyone, discussing product features and benefits, aiming to ensure your product lines are moved successfully through your channel. This means you will be a people person; building relationships and taking advantage of all opportunities to grow sales and the company's footprint. Your enthusiasm for your product range is what will make the difference.

Your primary objective is to grow sales across your market. You will be looking after a diverse customer base covering National Commercial/Industrial Distributors to family owned, independent distributors. Aiming to grow your share-of-wallet, you will introduce new product lines and increase market share of existing products.

You will own and drive your territory through identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. These opportunities will be sourced through a variety of different way - call plans, client visits and referrals. This is where your time management and strategic sales planning abilities will come into play. But don't fear - your team and management will help you in sorting these out!
