A terrific opportunity has arisen to work for a market leader involved in selling used capital equipment into the Off Highway sector. They have recruited heavily over the past year increasing their sales force by over 20 heads and are now looking to further develop their EMEA region. This role would report to the Northern Europe Sales Director and your primary objective would be to oversee and develop business in Benelux. The role is Territory Manager Germany. You will be responsible for developing and maintain good working relationships with dealers and distributors within a defined territory or other defined area. Manage all interactions with a diverse client and supplier base to increase sales revenue. Lead negotiations and pricing process. You will also be called upon to address and handle Major Accounts as required. The successful candidates will have a strong demonstration of territory management, planning and strategy execution coupled with a strong sales ability including following established rules of engagement. You will have strong experience working within the Off Highway sector, currently operating as a business development manager or equivalent for a dealer or for OEM(Agriculture, Yellow Goods, Mining, Construction etc). Fluent German is essential.
