Test Analyst - 5 positions
• Understand the Requirements/Design for development as well as maintenance; analyzes potential application modifications of SCB
• Analyze requirements and working with business position is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing test cases, mapping back to requirements.
• Specifies testing requirements for and tests systems or subsystems to meet defined objectives following established processes
• Write Test Cases / Test Scenarios / Step by Step Procedure to test the Scenarios
• Analyze and reuse test cases which are already present with SCB
• Determine test data required for comprehensive testing
• Provide test related reporting and metrics information; consolidates and summaries results and defect information and produces reports
• Coordinate with teams outside of UAT to ensure proper and timely configuration of test systems and environments
• Consults as subject matter expert and participates in continuous review and improvement of the testing and quality assurance methodologies and measurement of these processes
• Gathers and documents test requirements and supports the delivery of testing approaches/requirements to meet the needs of business processing specifications
• Work with the Test Lead for scoping and planning of Test Requests
• Provide daily project status to Test Lead.
Testers - 5 Positions
• Test scenario/case design
• Test execution
• Defect Logging and defect closure tracking
• Re-testing to resolve the defect
• Monitor and review whether fixed defects are retested
• Build regression test suite for future testing
• Coordinates with testers in executing the test scripts
• Identify Best Practice and lessons learnt and share it
• Provide daily project status to Test Analyst/Lead
