Test Automation Specialist recruitment
Up to five Automation Test Specialists required to join an ever expanding team in a Tier 1 Investment Bank. No prior experience of Investment Banking or Finance necessary. The requirement is for people with a proven track record in developing bespoke automation frameworks in C++ or Java Swing, this of course goes hand in hand with a good understanding of the full Test Lifecycle and SDLC. SQL scripting skills and strong documentation expertise are also essential. In brief the candidate MUST have:
Developed a bespoke automation framework in C++ or Java Swing
Expertise in the full test lifecycle and understand Agile, Waterfall and TDD SDLC
Strong SQL scripting skills and an interaction with large data sets in SQL Server
A reliance on QTP or developing frameworks in VB inside QTP is NOT of interest
This role involves hands on C++ or Java Swing development
XML validation from Client to server
Server log analysis
