Test Lead (Global Consultancy)
Due to project commitments my client who is a leading Global Consultancy is seeking a Test Lead to join their team in Glasgow to work onsite in the Energy, Natural Resources Utilities sectors.
You will be part of and leading a growing team working on large scale Testing programmes.
As the Test Lead you responsibilities will include:
* Define and manage test environment and test data requirements
* Design test plan, define milestones, risk identification management
* Work closely with the projects team in developing and maintaining the stream test development and execution schedules
* Manage and coordinate the work stream level dependencies and the delivery of code into pre-production
* Manage the day-to-day work of the project testing team to deliver plans
* Lead the team
The ideal Test Lead we are seeking will possess the following competencies:
* Proven background in Testing in a variety of sectors in particular Energy Utilities
* Strong experience in testing applications
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in working in an Agile environment e.g. V-Model, SCRUM
* Previous consultancy experience is an advantage however not essential
