Test Lead / Test Manager recruitment

Responsibilities include:

The following activities will be performed:

• Manage the interdependencies between the functional and technical teams

• Produce testing strategy and plans (in conjunction with Programme managers) based upon the outcome of blueprint scope

• Set standards and procedures for testing

• Manage preparation, conduct and control of all tests, associated scenarios, scripts and data

• Manage the interdependencies between the business and technology teams

• Ensure adequate resources and facilities/ tools are available for testing as per the agreed plan

• Testing tool setup (QC10)

• Ensure any change of scope are taken into account within the testing scenarios

• Co-ordinate the creation and refresh of testing data within various clients

• Support team members in development of test cases and execution of testing

• Train the testing team as required

• Report any major issues arising from testing to the Programme manager

• Publish test reports and metrics

• Organise testing with the relevant team/ stream leads in the appropriate phase of the Programme

• Provide regular updates on the testing processes at regular intervals as defined by the QA manager

Skills Required

• Demonstrate  strong experience  test  management

• Proactive and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills

• Ability to interact with senior management and challenge where necessary

• Strong analysis skills and good attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong understanding of e-Procurement
