Test Manager/Project Manager recruitment

Key Accountabilities

• Determine component test plan and schedule

• Determine resource plan for test activities

• Coordinate and lead component test activities

• Perform as point of contact between development and testing (SG PMO) teams

• Track test progress and defect resolution, managing/ escalating issues and concerns where applicable

• Provide regular reports to management on test statuses

• Ensure test activities adhere to prescribed schedules and budget

Person Specification

Experience

• More than 10 years of Software testing experience

• At least 2years of Software testing experience in the Banking domain is an absolute must for this role

• Must have done testing/ certification of projects in either Internet Banking or Back Office applications of any of the leading MNC Banks

• Experience with Project Management/ Leading essential

• Experience with vendor management is also required

Knowledge and Expertise

• Proficient in project management and service delivery processes

• Good understanding of standard testing disciplines (i.e. Unit, SIT, UAT, Automated, Performance, etc)

• Good understanding of SDLC methodology and processes

• Domain knowledge with in Software Testing and/or Certification of Core Banking applications desirable.

• Understanding of best practices in J2EE, JMS, MQ development would be beneficial

• Good English spoken and written skills
