Tester/ Test Analyst recruitment
Job Function:
• User Acceptance/Functional Tests of FIX (order entry and market + reference data) and ITCH (market + reference data) Protocols
1.Test specifications and preparation
2.Test execution and defect management
3.Test data management.
4.Test results analysis and documentation
Support External Client Tests:
1.Functional Support
2.Research/investigate and follow up on client reported issues
Key attributes
• Stockholm based with a willingness to travel to London as required.
• Specialist test resource, not a generalist.
• Process driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Great knowledge of industry standard protocols and data formats such as FIX and ITCH.
• Experience with automated FIX and/or ITCH test tools.
• Experience of testing financial trading software and the integration with Marketplaces via native API’s or standard protocols.
• (3+ years experience of testing in the financial sector)
• Knowledge and understanding of the full project lifecycle, preferably including experience of both waterfall and agile type projects.
• Appreciation of the business life cycle of orders and trades within the financial markets.
• Preferably have knowledge and experience of Exchange listed derivative markets.”
