In this vital role, you will maintain positive relationships with customers and handle a steady volume of new, non-complex claims daily, involving situations such as losses due to theft and lightning. Claim Service Specialists spend 70 - 90% of their day on the phone with customers. This job requires efficient time management, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Employees use a sophisticated computer system to document their interactions with the customer and pass important information to other areas of Allstate. This position will include working rotational Saturdays and holiday/s. The salary for this position begins at $26,300.00 for inexperience hires. This position may have second shift hours; we ask that applicants may be able to work a second shift due to business needs.
