Thermoforming Set-Up Technician Job in Wheeling 60090, Illinois US

Handi-Foil, an industry leader in the manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of disposable aluminum bakeware has an immediate opening for a 1st shift and 2nd Shift Thermoforming Set-Up Technician at our facility in Wheeling, IL.  This privately held company has been in business for over twenty years and is experiencing strong growth year after year.

 

The requirements are:

 

·         3-5 yr experience in setting up, processing, and maintenance of thermoforming machinery in a manufacturing environment

·         Troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting equipment to ensure production of quality parts and first piece verification.

·         Ability to use various power shop and mechanical tools

·         Must have own mechanic tools and toolbox

·         Familiar with GN and Lyle (thermoforming machinery)

·         A minimum of a high school diploma

·         Applicants must also have the ability to learn quickly and be willing to retrain and work overtime as necessary.
