CENTUM SOLUTIONS is an Engineering Consultancy which has recently been awarded for the innovative service provided and the quality we attend our clients. Currently, the company is carrying out some engineering projects either in Spain or across the world according to our intentions of international expansion. Currently, the division of Energy and Project Management (EPM) is looking for Thermo- solar plant specialists experienced in Solar Power Tower plants:

The vacancies required are:

• Project Manager
• Integration Manager
• Engineering Manager
• Construction and Commissioning Specialist

The scope of work of the project includes:

• Technical risk analysis of the Project, in order to identify major technical risks and propose mitigating measures.
• Improving the technical configuration of the proposal by identifying areas in the technical proposal submitted to the EPC contractor and power plant operators where optimization is possible.
• Reviewing the EPC technical proposal certifying that the proposal is fully compliant with the requirements laid down in the RFP:
o Validation of the supply scope
o Review of the proposed layout, especially in terms of risk management
o Making recommendations that will improve the EPC proposal in relation to ensuring the reliable and suitable operation and maintenance of the plant
o Reviewing the form sheets requested in the RFP documents
o Validating fulfillment of the Applicable Project Regulations

• Reviewing points of contact between the EPC contractor and the Project Company:
o Process interfaces (gas supply, fuel oil supply, electrical HV interconnection, DCS interfaces, waste water treatment, roads, fencing, etc.)
o Operational facilities (water delivery system, store rooms, offices, etc.)

• Assisting the Promoter with EPC term sheet negotiations, including performance guarantees, liquidation damages and warranties.
• Determining price competitiveness of EPC contractors’ proposals:
o Reviewing and commenting on appropriateness of various capital costs
o Technical and operating costs
o Evaluating assumptions in the final model

• Assisting the Promoter with the definition of Operational and Maintenance systems and processes methodologies, including local content and costs for 25 years Operation.

The engineers must be a pro-active person with organizational skills and able to deal with clients and suppliers and likely to assume responsibilities in a growing company.
