Third Party Relationship Manager
Axa Funds Management S.A (AFM) is the name of Axa IM in Luxemburg
In the context of its extension in Luxemburg, AFM is looking for a Third Party Relationship Manager to reinforce its teams.
Within a very challenging environment, the candidate will work under the responsibility of the Manager responsible for operations and projects. His/Her main missions will be the following (shared with 5 other members of the teams):
Operational Control:
- Take on board existing periodic controls and operational task
- Provide support for the harmonization, formalization and enhancement of operational controls,
- Coordinate the resolution of operational incidents with relevant teams
Oversight of delegates (Internal and External) with a focus on operations
- Participate to periodic service reviews with external providers, and reviews of periodic activity reports
- Participate to the enhancement and ensure appropriateness of the oversight on the delegates of the Manco and of the funds
- Daily contacts with service providers and with different department within AXA IM in all locations
- Due diligence on delegates and on Operating Memorandums
Other missions
- Participation to the Audit coordination and control of the annual statements
- Represent AFM to the AXA IM Group and the Lux market when deemed necessary
- Participate to the Risk Mapping of the Manco
- Participate to the review and validation of fund’s prospectuses, OMs, financial statements.
- Participate to the Manco administration
- Participate in new projects
- Write memos to the attention of the management and relevant specific stakeholder within AXA IM
Profile :
- Experience:
Significant experience in the fund industry, in a control function or in a Back Office/Middle Office function.
- Education :
University degree or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge :
Good knowledge about Fund Industry and Financial Market in general.
- PC Skills:
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), Programation skills
- Language
French and English : Fluent;
Other language will be a plus
- Professional skills :
Very good documentation skills
Ability to identify and analyse issues and provide solutions
Capacity to interface effectively with all key stakeholders
Ability to work with a pragmatic approach and autonomously in an international environment
