Client Overview
The client is a strong and expanding Tier 1 Investment Bank with a strong platform in both Europe and the Americas. It has come through the Financial Crisis in a very strong position indeed the bank has seen a significant pick up across many sectors including FIG. For this reason they are looking to add an Analyst to their Speciality Finance and Insurance MA FIG Team.
The Team
The team holds very strong relationships and expertise in the FIG space covering leading European and American Banks, Insurers and Asset Managers. It has a very lean structure allowing fantastic levels of responsibility and exposure to clients as well as senior members of the team. At the junior level although aligned to a sector you are fungible and will get to work across other sectors as required.
The Role
The team seeks a Tier 1 FIG MA Analyst to join the London based team. The Analyst will be involved in assisting the execution of corporate finance transactions, contributing to team discussions and client meetings, preparing and delivering client presentations. Therefore you will gain great exposure to clients and senior members of the team alike. There is a good deal of headroom in the team for career progression.

The Requirements
• A strong degree from a top university (2:1 or equivalent award is a minimum expectation)
• 1-3 years of Financial institutions Sector Experience from a leading Investment Bank.
• Experience in Insurance and Speciality Finance subsectors is advantageous
The process:
You will be required to meet 5 or 6 individuals from the FIG platform. They are looking to move very quickly
