Regional Finance Manager- Technology Solutions recruitment
The successful incumbent will be responsible to be hands on in Financial Closing, consolidations and reporting to the Regional Financial Controller.
Major Responsibilities
Key: Financial closing, compiling all financial reports, schedules, tax and compliance across the region
• Handling all Financial Closing, weekly and monthly reporting as well as analysis and reporting for the region
• Comply to standards and practices of the company to ensure adherence
• Preparation of all documentation required
• Handle all Financial closing and reporting including:
v Forecasting, reporting to regional management, corporate finance,
v Balance sheet reconciliations
v Monthly and quarterly analysts, costing , bad debt reserves, tax provisioning
v Provide weekly reports to management detailing financial metrics
• Work with other departments, Corporate and third party vendors
v Work with different departments where required
v Point of contact for Corporate on reporting requests, systems issues/implementations and other special projects
v Ensure that tax and other compliance is scheduled and completed in timely manner
v Monitor and review performance of third party vendors
v Coordinate and schedule all financial and tax audits and reviews
v Coordinate all billing arrangements
v Conduct regular meetings to provide status and review issues
• Work on ad hoc projects as and when required
• Review systems and procedures in order to improve
-Candidates with hands-on experience in regional consolidations, supervising offshore employees and experience in the technology/telecom space will be highly regarded-
