Tier 1 Mobile Technology Firm – Regional Project Manager recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Support local country teams at each stage of deployment process, including design, negotiation with channel partners and roll out
Act as knowledge bearer for global best practices and train local teams through apprenticeship
Troubleshoot problems as they arise and find win-win solutions with channel partners
Responsible for all commercial activities and planning
Analyze market dynamics to pin-point opportunities within the organization's value chain
Provide support to Channel Sales and Distribution teams to help set up and manage systems that will drive KPI based results.
Work closely with the sales marketing country teams to develop quarterly and annual strategic plans
Manage legal engagement to ensure timely delivery of internal dependencies
Manage Business Cases for product, pricing, services, lifecycle planning, data centers, relays, etc
Manage product perception in the market by identifying key issues and opportunities to the Channel Sales and Distribution teams
Maintain a database of historic sales performance and market intelligence (e.g. retail points of presence, efficiency per store, etc) to increase forecasting accuracy
Build a country specific version of the regional product strategy to establish launch timing, pricing, and device tiers
Project manage important activities and marketing alignment

Essential Requiremnets:

Experienced in delivering finance-related projects or channel development programmes
Passion for entrepreneurship and desire to create meaningful change in an organization
Able and willing to travel upto 80%; deployed to different countries within South Asia for project delivery
Ability to assert one’s point of view and negotiate skillfully while satisfying multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to create and propose novel solutions to tough problems
Demonstrated ability in leading cross functional teams
Experience in IT, high-tech or telecom-related field
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, PMP certified is a plus
Minimum 4 years experience in Project Management
