They align business activities to a critical few priorities and strike a balance between short-term and long-term goals. They employ a number of methods to accelerate their clients’ growth and to deliver sustainable results to struggling mid-market TMT companies.Turnaround.
It starts with a call from a bank usually - these are distressed situations that require a mixture of operational, strategic and financial thinking to improve them. It could involve revenue management, operational improvement, working cap management or any number of other approaches - all underpinned by rigorous valuation practices.
They are looking for someone who combines some of the following - financial analysis/modelling, TMT experience, accounting experience, transactional experience, business review, performance improvement consulting.
